描述
本册教材供六年级上学适用，分为三个模块（Module），具有以下一些特点： 1.按照“话题--功能--结构--任务”相结合的思想编排，以话题为主线，任务为主导，辅以功能和结构项目，有效培养学生综合运用英语的能力。 2.各单元围绕一个话题展开，内容联系社会生活，贴近学生生活实际，富有时代气息，体现时代精神。 3.围绕话题内容的是一系列的课堂活动和要求学生完成的任务，学生通过体验、实践、参与、合作、交流和探究等方式，学习和使用英语，真正体现以学习者为中心的教学理念。 4.功能、语法和词汇是语言运用的重要基础，同样得到应有的重视。 5.教材将语言置于生动的语言情景之中，使枯燥的语言学习成为真实、有趣的实践活动。
